I am a certified CVAP counsellor at Mastermind Brain Optimization Clinic in North Vancouver. I am equipped to provide specialized support to victims of crime, their close family members, and certain witnesses who may be eligible for partial coverage of counselling services through CVAP.
Financial Coverage: Through the Crime Victim Assistance Program, eligible individuals can receive full coverage for counselling sessions.
Support for Victims: Victims of crime often grapple with the emotional and psychological aftermath of traumatic events. I offer support in various areas, including trauma and PTSD, anger management, stress and anxiety, depression, grief, self-blame, addiction, and family/marital conflict.
Accessing CVAP: Detailed information about CVAP, including eligibility criteria and guidelines, can be found through the official resources provided by the Government of British Columbia.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or where you arrive more than 15 min late will incur the full session fee.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor serving the Sunshine Coast and North Vancouver, I hold one of the highest certification for counsellors in BC, known as the RCC designation, which requires at minimum a Masters degree and substantial practical clinical experience.
Third-party insurance coverage for clinical counselling services is accessible through various insurance providers, including Greenshield Canada, Sun Life, Blue Cross, and Canada Life. Typically, clients are required to pay for therapy services upfront and then submit receipts for reimbursement. Additionally, some insurance providers may mandate a physician's referral or pre-approval for services.
It is recommended that individuals verify with their benefits plan to ascertain coverage eligibility for services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
